Sesvete Redlegs is the newly-formed women’s club that will compete in the Croatian League this season. The club consists of former players of the ZKAN Zagreb Panthers, and some new members. Sesvete Redgles was formed in December with the help of Ivana Cvitković who started the initiative.

The club got it’s name from the South Australian National Football League club Norwood Football Club – Redlegs, who gave them the jerseys.

President of the club Dina Bednar told us her expectations for this season.

Our goal is to get as many new members as we can and that will help us to grow even more. I will use this occasion to invite all those who are interested in this sport, to join us – said Bednar.

We wish them all the best in the new season.
